About This Gate
The Classic wooden driveway gates are a highly popular choice for those looking for security and privacy and don’t want to spend a fortune. The tongue and groove boards are recessed into the frame which means you get to see the frame on the front of these wooden gates. Mortise and tenon joints secured by nails and polyurethane glue for maximum strength. You have a choice of tops: Four Way, Half-Rounded, Rounded, One Way, Flat Top With and Without Cap. For maximum full height privacy choose the capped finish. The cap is a low profile 20mm tall smooth piece with rounded off edges. Versions that feature the ‘ears’ (Four Way, One Way, or Round) have a lower top beam (approx 75mm) and offer slightly less privacy as a result.
